Guan Ya's keen eyes observed the Queen with a calm demeanor.

Although she confirmed that it was indeed the Queen, Guan Ya felt no joy or relaxation. In her sight, the Queen's once plump face had become gaunt, her eyes were weary, her skin had lost its luster, and her expression was listless.

In just ten minutes, she had become so haggard, as if something had drained her vitality completely.

"Guan Ya, what are you doing here, and where are the others?" The Queen's face lit up with surprise as she looked around, searching for the presence of the others.

"They went to look for you elsewhere," Guan Ya replied, her eyes fixed on the exhausted colleague. She asked, "What happened to you? How did you suddenly disappear, and did you encounter something?"

Hearing this, the Queen's face darkened, and she whispered, "After I collected water, I intended to return, but I found myself lost. No matter how hard I tried to find you, I couldn't. I attempted to call out, but you didn't respond. Then, then..."

The Queen looked anxiously behind her, her expression filled with fear, and continued, "I heard the laughter of a child behind me. No matter where I ran, the laughter followed me. But whenever I turned around, the laughter disappeared. When I ran again, it started again, and I couldn't find it no matter what."

"Laughter of a child?" Guan Ya's eyes gleamed with a strong white light, covering her pupils.

The platform was surrounded by inner halls, rooms, and a narrow staircase leading to the second floor.

The four individuals exchanged glances, and Zhang Yuanqing looked at the dimly lit wooden staircase. He said, "Follow me."

He took the lead up the staircase leading to the second floor.

The hallway on the second floor was narrow and dimly lit. The wooden staircase, showing its age, emitted a creaking sound with every step they took.

Finally, they ascended the not-so-long staircase and arrived on the second floor.

The second floor was a boudoir, adorned with items typically used by women. Facing the staircase was an intricately carved wooden bed with red curtains draping down. The bed was covered with a new bedspread adorned with embroidered gardenia flowers.

Next to the window, there was a wooden table with a brass incense burner, emitting a faint and enticing fragrance.

Beside the window, there was a vanity table with a woman seated in front of it. She was draped in a sheer, gossamer-like fabric, revealing her graceful silhouette, curvaceous like the moon's edge, accentuated by the pressure of the wooden stool.

In the brightly reflective copper mirror, a countenance that was both charming and difficult to describe was revealed.

Her figure, her beauty, left nothing to be desired, but what captivated the most was her aura—an indescribable quality that left them mesmerized, with only two words left in their minds: **.

The gazes of the four men were like magnets, firmly fixed on the woman's alluring figure, and they couldn't tear their eyes away.

Zhang Yuanqing heard his own heartbeat intensify, a surge of desire rushing towards a certain place, causing a rush of blood and arousal.

Hmmm, season 2? I guess it went to the rich girl with Surgeon Parents a.k.a Seulki, the attention to her, it's not so cool for me unlike my queen Jia (I feel the vibe). Seulki is playing innocent and flower girl vibe which I don't like, haha. Thou, I love my cute girl, Soe and her prince charming Sejun 😍
